Great experience with this company from start to finish. Professional customer service over the phone — dispatcher had a technician to my house in about 5 minutes! Morgan did excellent work and informed me of everything he was doing along the way, providing a detailed estimate with different options. His work was great, cleaned up, and was personable and offered helpful suggestions to prevent future problems. I would 100% recommend.

Jay was amazing with the communication and setting up the appointment; he promised and delivered. Morgan was a great technician. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Morgan was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. He explained everything he did and why he was doing it. I would highly recommend Morgan. I actually asked for him when I had an additional issue, because I was so pleased with his performance on his first visit. The second time he came out was exactly like the first! Great job Morgan!!

Plumber arrived on time and was very polite but would have charged $524 to replace a drain in a bathroom sink. Apparently the prices are set nationally. I found someone else to complete the work for less than the $107 service call.

I called 3 other plumbers before contacting Mr. Rooter and they were the only ones to get back to me on a Sunday when we had an emergency. Our technician Morgan was super helpful , prompt and even called to let me know he was going to be on the way. 10 out of 10

I requested someone to come out and give me a quote to have my house re-plumbed due to bad pex. A plumber came out to look and said they would give us an estimate in a couple days. We called several days later to be told they were waiting on a drywall guy. But after a week still no quote or call back. Finally I called for the second time a week and a half later and was told they didn’t have staffing to complete the job, why not call the customer back so we can have another company come out?
